WebDAV Manager

Terms of Use

Effective October 27, 2026

WebDAV Manager is an app for iPhone and iPad made by Adam Taguirov. By using it, you accept these terms. The App Store terms that apply to any app you download also apply to this one.

A free app, paid for by ads

The app is free. From version 3.0, it shows a small banner ad served by Unity Ads. How this works is explained in the privacy policy.

Premium

Premium is an optional in-app purchase, paid once. Apple processes the payment through the App Store. Refunds follow the App Store rules and are requested from Apple. To get Premium back on another device or after reinstalling the app, use Restore purchase in the app, signed in with the same Apple Account.

Your servers and your data

The app connects only to the WebDAV servers you add. You are responsible for those servers, for having the right to access them, and for the files you store, change or delete there.

Actions in the app happen on the server. A file or folder you delete is deleted on the server and cannot be restored by the app. Keep your own backups.

A connection over HTTP is not encrypted: your password and files can be read on the network. Use HTTPS whenever your server allows it.

Provided as is

The app is provided as is, without any warranty. It may contain bugs, work differently with some servers, change or stop being available. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any loss of data or other damage arising from its use.

Changes

These terms may change. The version in force is always the one published at webdavman.com/terms.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law.
